Shipping

Throughout Australia, standard shipping is $10.00. Orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive an automated email with tracking information once the order has been processed.

Delivery times during the Christmas period could be longer than our normal delivery times - we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Returns

Blue Duck Home does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless they are deemed faulty.

Please note that due to the nature of hand printing there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design.

Please note; While we do our best to give a clear indication of colour, some computer screens may slightly change colours or view differently.

If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Blue Duck Home to determine whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.

In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if stocks are available. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase after they are returned to us.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
